In The Beginning
Gabby’s been baking since she was a child, and really enjoyes the process of creating a work of art from fresh ingredients. After working for some wonderful companies and having great experiences with the W Hotel and The Cake Divas, it was a natural next step to go into business for herself.
Gabby loves that her work is so creative and every cake is for very different couples with very different syles. She says, “It is so rewarding to know how important wedding cakes can be for the overall look of the wedding.”.
